Refund Policy
This policy explains cancellation, return review, replacement, and approved refund handling for orders placed through Geek Assist LLC.
Order Cancellation
- Cancellation requests are accepted before dispatch confirmation.
- Once an item is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share order number, item photos, and package condition to support review.
- After verification, we will provide replacement or an approved refund path.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are reviewed case-by-case for damaged, defective, or incorrect deliveries.
- Products returned without approval, or damaged due to misuse after delivery, are not eligible.
Refund Method and Timeline
- Checkout currently operates with Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Approved refunds are processed through bank transfer or another documented mutually agreed method.
- Standard refund processing timeline is 5 to 7 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Price fluctuations after purchase confirmation.
- Delays caused by incorrect address information submitted at checkout.
- Requests that do not meet the reporting or verification requirements above.
